Indira Josling is a Consultant Clinical & Forensic Practitioner Psychologist, a BPS Chartered Psychologist and a BPS Associate Fellow. She is a BPS Registered Expert Witness, and has over 7 years experience of assessment and giving evidence; including in the High Court in family work and a further 10 years of experience in criminal cases and forensic assessment.

Indira Josling’s areas of expertise are the assessment of ability to protect/ability to parent, complex mental health and neuropsychological conditions including autism spectrum, ADHD and personality disorders, mental capacity, intellectual disability, substance misuse, trauma, domestic violence, risk assessment of violence and sexual violence and non-accidental injury of babies and children. Based in London, she can travel nationally within a 2 hour radius. Indira is passionate about maintaining a standard of excellence within her work.
