The medicolegal reports he provides relate to criminal, clinical negligence, and personal injury cases, in relation to the following issues: condition, prognosis, culpability, Breach of duty, causality, fitness-to-practice, risks, treatment, etc.

His medicolegal experience includes providing medicolegal reports for the claimant, defendant, and joint parties.

Dr Okoye has so far, provided over 20 reports, and counting, as he is frequently contacted by solicitors or their agents, to provide medicolegal reports. Most of his reports have been for the defence and at least 5 has been for claimants. 2 have entailed joint statements.
