Penny Hayler

Penny Hayler has worked as a chartered and registered psychologist since 2008 and have pursued a strong clinical interest in working with people who have a learning disability and associated mental health difficulties. She has undertaken with a special interest in psycho-legal assessments in learning disability, mental health, traumatic incidents and assessing capacity. She has completed over 100 reports including the assessment and treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, assessment of workplace stress and other workplace psychological difficulties.
She is experienced in the psychometric assessment of cognitive impairment, measuring the impact of deficiencies in intelligence, memory and other cognitive functions on everyday living. She is skilled in using psychometric assessment and structured interview techniques as part of the assessment process.
